Earlier, Gebremariam told CNN that the similarities between the catastrophes of two Boeing 737 MAX 8 is extremely significant, but as yet there is no evidence that they are indeed connected.

Another airliner crashed in Indonesia on 29 October 2018. The plane crashed 13 minutes after takeoff, killing 189 people.
