The head of Sberbank German Gref is convinced that fear of the robotization of the processes is not necessary, as automated systems take all the “dirty work”. This opinion top Manager expressed at the finals of managers “Leaders of Russia”, reports TASS.
“I think the world will change for the better. I think we will have a much more interesting part, but all the dirty work, repetitive tasks we give to robots,” said Gref in his speech, noting that some people, of course, have to change my occupation.
Gref also not afraid of mass layoffs. According to him, people should continue to develop and learn, to accumulate knowledge, competence and learn new skills.
“Listen to many, many specialties disappeared, the tempo is different now, so talk a lot about what “learning” (from English to learn — “learn”, approx. “Of the tape.ru”) must be inherent in every person. You have to be ready that will change the profession in the process of life. I don’t see any tragedy, I think people will be busy”, says Gref.
Earlier it was reported that about one-third of Russians are afraid that will lose their jobs, as their job will be eliminated, and the working place will be the robots or programs. Moreover, about one-third of Russians also fear that their children after graduation can not find work, since the Russian education system is not preparing the children.
