Omsk investigators are checking information on the death of a passenger bus, which the driver pulled out of the car and left for dead at the bus stop. This was reported on the website of the regional Department of the Investigative Committee.
According to the Agency, on 9 March, the taxi driver stopped at the bus stop near the shopping center “Flagman” and pulled out a 50-year-old passenger unconscious, which was bad in the cabin. “At the same time, pulling was unconscious passenger, the driver struck his head on a metal handrail, causing injury,” the statement reads.
To call an ambulance, he did not and just left. As a result the man died on the roadside, waiting for doctors. The cause of his death becomes clear.
In December 2018, a similar story happened in Timashevsk (Krasnodar Krai), where the bus driver helped passengers out of the cabin pensioner unconscious and put her on the road, then drove on. She lay in the street all the time before the arrival of doctors and was hospitalized in critical condition with a stroke. The man opened a criminal case on the provision of services of inadequate quality (part 1 of article 238 of the criminal code).
