The Leninsky court of Yekaterinburg refused to arrest the Deputy of the state Duma Vadim Belousov, who was detained on charges of receiving a bribe of three billion rubles. About it reports TASS.

“The court decided to reject the petition of the investigator,” said the judge Hope, Hankewich.

Earlier it was reported that Belousov from 2010 to 2014 together with a former Governor of Chelyabinsk region Mikhail Yurevich, now a fugitive from prosecution abroad, received a bribe from the head of the holding company engaged in road maintenance.

For the management of the company ensured victory at the auctions, and persons controlled by the payer, assigned to posts of Directors of state-owned enterprises.

That Belousov, the Deputy from “Fair Russia” can become the figurant of criminal case about corruption, reported in December of last year, a member of the lower house of Parliament Alexander Hinstein. Then it became known that the state Duma deprived of immunity Belousova and consented to the initiation of the investigation.

Hinstein has reminded about the case of mother-in-law of the Deputy, co-owner of the company “Grinflayt”, deceived 4.3 thousand Chelyabinsk holders. The woman and assistant Belousova were intermediaries in the transmission of the former Governor Yurevich 3.4 billion rubles bribes.
