Petro Poroshenko has appointed a new head of the foreign intelligence Service of Ukraine. This is stated in the relevant decree on the website of the President of Ukraine.

They became Andrey Alexeyenko, however, he was the acting chief scout.

Alekseenko held the position of first Deputy Chairman of SVR Yegor Bozhok, who was dismissed from his post on March 14 and moved to the position of Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

In December 2017 the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov complained about the endless stream of Ukrainian spies. “The detention of Ukrainian spies occur regularly. All of them give grateful evidences, then cooperate with the investigation. They have no ideology, no love for their Homeland. They quickly hand over everything they were saying, which gave instructions to the Directorate of intelligence of Ukraine”, — he explained.
