In Moscow, a rapidly growing number of coworking office spaces where you can rent a workplace. This is evidenced by the materials of Regus, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
According to analysts, for the year by March 2019, the such offices in the capital has become 30 percent more. Currently in Moscow there are about 200 co-working spaces, whereas in the fall of 2017 there were no more than 100.
The cost of a fixed place in Moscow coworking is in average 16.9 thousand rubles a month, floating — 12,4 thousand, according to Regus. The most expensive place, located within one of the co-working spaces in the business center “Moscow-city” is 50 thousand rubles per month.
According to experts, the choice in favor of coworking increasingly large Russian and international companies. So, one of the mobile operators organized for its employees in the coworking area of 780 square meters. It is used for remote work and meetings.
“The percentage of space occupied by co-working spaces, the total supply of office space of Moscow is 0.31 percent, — stated in the materials. According to our estimates, the demand for the services of coworking will actively grow in the next 3-5 years that will lead to the emergence of new large spaces.”
In the fall of 2018, analysts have recorded in Moscow, the lowest in the last decade, the volume of office real estate. According to them, in 2019 the city will also introduced a new large-scale business centers.
