Ukrainian media reported published by the Verkhovna Rada Deputy Sergey Melnichuk screenshot, which depicted the alleged list is not subject to the criminal prosecution of persons transferred to public Prosecutor of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko, U.S. Ambassador in Kiev, Marie Yovanovitch. Reported, in particular, TV channel “112 Ukraine”.

“Got a screen untouchable. It seems that the document hinted the attorney General,” wrote Melnychuk in Facebook. The list includes 13 people: people’s deputies Sergei Leshchenko, Mustafa Nayem, and Svitlana zalishchuk, Sergei Berezenko, Sergei Pashinsky, a former Prime Minister-the Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, former head of the national Bank of Ukraine Valeria Gontareva, the former first Deputy of the NSDC Secretary Oleg Gladkovsky, judge of the constitutional court Alexander Pasenyuk, the presidential candidate Anatoly Gritsenko, singer Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, journalist Dmitry Gordon and former head of the presidential Administration Borys Lozhkin.

Melnychuk did not specify where he got the image, but the post with the same title and image is in the public domain on the platform Medium. The author (this is his only post on Medium), which was made March 25, specifies that the image with the list circulated in the communities in Facebook, opposition to the incumbent President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.

The Creator of the post also notes that it is difficult to believe as that such a document could leak into the Internet to bypass the administration of the President of the United States, and the fact that Lutsenko was able to admit to the existence of a list of “untouchables” without the knowledge of Poroshenko.

According to Lutsenko, jovanović handed him the list during their first meeting in 2016, held some time later, after he became the attorney General. At the U.S. Embassy in Kiev, the statement called untrue and accused the Ukrainian Prosecutor General in an attempt to weaken the reputation of the head of the us diplomatic mission. No names Lutsenko did not call, and the Supervisory authority refused to disclose the list; the paper which he gave in confirmation of his words, was outdated and related to another case.
