Apartments for rent in largest cities of Russia rose by 6.5 per cent over the year to April 2019. This is stated in the materials of the base CYANOGEN, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.
According to the observations of analysts, average rents increased by quick withdrawal from the market of the most liquid of proposals. The most expensive housing is still offered to tenants in Moscow: in the first quarter of the current year the average cost of renting a Studio lots in the capital amounted to 34.7 thousand rubles per month, two — 48,1 thousand rubles per month. Over the past 12 months, rates in Moscow increased by four percent for “odnushek” and three for “dvushek”.
During the reporting period, the rent went up in 47 of the 68 major cities of the country, which carried out the relevant research. Average rent one-bedroom apartments in Russia by April reached 14.6 thousand rubles per month (as against 13.5 thousand in the first quarter of 2018). “Kopeck piece” shall be 19,1 thousand (previous year 17.9 thousand rubles/month).

The vast majority — 88 percent — is looking for a rented apartment with furniture.
