A leader in the growth of prices on the secondary market became the southern administrative district of the capital, the apartments here has risen in price by 6.4 percent, to 188 thousand rubles per square meter. Second and third places on the positive dynamics got SEAD (an increase of 5.2 percent) and the North-East (an increase of 4.7 percent), the cost of meter of new housing in these areas reached 175 and 193 thousand rubles, respectively.
CAO, “secondary housing” fell by 2.3%, to a level of 378 thousand rubles per square meter. Central district was the only one in the capital, where the cost of the secondary real estate decreased from the beginning of the year, stresses in the materials Domofond.
