Moose led the police to a stolen car

On the canadian island of Newfoundland moose helped the police to close the case about the theft of the car. This writes the local news portal CBC News.

On Saturday, April 13, the police service of Newfoundland and Labrador has received several reports of moose in the city of St. John’s, which was heading to the South of the island. Police attempted to pull the animal to the North, in the woods, but the elk continued to follow its route.

As a result, the moose led police to a stolen car, a missing person’s report which came to the station the day before. “To everyone’s surprise, [the elk had] police assistance”, — concluded the representative of law enforcement bodies.

In 2018, it was reported about the inhabitant of Canada, which came into confrontation with the goose that stole his car keys. The victim could not take the stolen birds, and called rescuers, but they refused to leave the call, because at the time, tried to cope with a lost elk.
