The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko promised to dismiss all the governors. He told about it on air of TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
“After my victory in the presidential election, all the governors resign,” — he said. The head of state said that it is written in the Constitution.
Poroshenko added that the vacant posts will take “new, young people from the United territorial communities”.
According to a recent poll, Zelensky ready to vote 72 percent of voters for Poroshenko — 25.
The second round of presidential elections in Ukraine scheduled for April 21. The leader of the first round, held on March 31, became Zelensky, who scored 30,24% of the votes; Poroshenko took the second place from 15.95% of the votes. Thus other candidates, including former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and opposition candidate Yuriy Boyko, has had a total of 53.81% of the votes are the votes of more than 10 million voters with a turnout of 63.5 per cent.
