The Rosselkhoznadzor has prepared a letter to the Federal tax service (FTS) with a request to check Belarusian companies that illegally supply goods to Russia, using a scheme of false transit to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. This is stated in the press release of the Ministry.
According to Rosselkhoznadzor, the head of one of the Belarusian companies openly announced that his company unloads the goods in Moscow, then to send to Kazakhstan by Russian carriers. In such cases, the veterinary service of Belarus is obliged to inform the Russian colleagues, which was not done. Thus the transit is illegal.
The Agency also intends to investigate the entire chain of movement of goods from Belarus. The results of the inspection appropriate measures will be taken. It is planned to test 36 of Belarusian enterprises.
Earlier in April, the Rosselkhoznadzor addressed in FSB and the Ministry of transport with the request to understand with a gray supply chain of animal products from Belarus.
In March, the Rosselkhoznadzor has threatened to ban imports of some products transit through Belarus because of a regular supply of sanctioned goods. In early April, Belarus has decided to cease to certify foods which are prohibited for import into Russia, but fell on its territory through re-export from countries subject to sanctions. April 12, Moscow banned the import of apples and pears from Belarus because of concerns that the products may be re-exports from such countries.
