A businessman from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Alexander Ivanov owed one penny for the lease of the land, which the local Department of architecture, urbanism and land relations wanted to sue him, writes IA “Kam 24”.

Ivanov was given 30 days to repay the debt, then the Agency will go to court with a claim for the recovery of debt and penalties. Official warning about this man received in the mail.

According to the Agency, the entrepreneur owns a service station. According to him, he had bought the land under a HUNDRED, and have no idea where it came from debt. The man noted that he had previously criticized city officials for what they don’t collect the debt from the tenants.

“Just in the last three years, according to my data, the debts of the tenants has exceeded 450 million rubles. Apparently, officials decided to reform, and began with my struggle with debtors,” — said Ivanov.

He noted that for the recovery of debt the government has already spent more than receive, because the sheet of paper is worth more than one penny on the document creation time is spent working two officials, and sent it by registered letter with notification.
