The presidential candidate of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky before the second round of elections ahead in popularity ratings of his opponent, the incumbent head of state Petro Poroshenko at 47 percent. About it reports “Interfax-Ukraine” with reference to the promulgated on 16 April the results of a poll conducted by the Kiev international Institute of sociology.
According to the research, Zelensky ready to vote 72.2% of the interrogated citizens of Ukraine, who have selected and will take part in the vote, and Poroshenko and 25.4 percent of respondents. Of the total number of respondents 17.9 percent are undecided with the choice of 6.3 percent admitted that they did not plan to vote, 1,6 — intend to spoil the ballot, and another 8.8 percent refused to answer the questions of sociologists.
The data of the sociological service “Rating”, which was published on April 11, showed a 30% margin Zelensky from Poroshenko.
