Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov commented on the absence of the head of state Vladimir Putin in the ranking of the most influential people in the world by Time magazine. It is reported by Telegram-channel radio station “Moscow speaking” on Wednesday, April 17.

Time magazine for the second consecutive year did not include Vladimir Putin’s list of 100 most influential people in the world. The rating was published on the newspaper’s website on April 17. The leader of the 2019 magazine called the speaker of the house of representatives, Nancy Pelosi.
Before Putin got into the list six times (including three years in a row in 2015, 2016 and 2017). In 2007, the international magazine recognized Putin person of the year.
