Time magazine for the second consecutive year did not include Russian President Vladimir Putin’s list of 100 most influential people in the world. The rating is published on the newspaper’s website.
Earlier, Putin was included in the list in the category “Leaders”, which include politicians, businessmen and public figures. In this year’s ranking of the Russian President is not in any of the traditional categories.
The leader of the 2019 magazine recognized the speaker of the U.S. house of representatives, Democrat Nancy Pelosi.
