The telephone survey reflected the current President Petro Poroshenko 40 percent of Ukrainians are not accurate. This was stated by the Deputy Executive Director of the Kiev international Institute of sociology (KIIS) Anton Grushetsky in an interview “Gromadske”.
“Telephone surveys are inaccurate, because the phones have more wealthy people, who will vote for Poroshenko,” — he said. According to Grositskogo, the minimum error of the telephone survey is 5.6 percent. He added that KIIS was not planning to publish the results of this study.
In the telephone survey KIIS Poroshenko referred to in the broadcast channel “112 Ukraine”. The Ukrainian leader said his plan to support 40 percent of the vote.
According to the KIIS survey, conducted by personal interview, Poroshenko’s rating is 25 percent, his rival Vladimir Zelensky — 72 percent. Such a large gap in the ratings sociologists explained by the fact that Zelensky is planning to maintain a large part of the electorate of former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and Verkhovna Rada Deputy Yuriy Boyko, who took in the first round of elections in third and fourth place respectively.
The second round of presidential elections in Ukraine scheduled for April 21. The leader of the first round, held on March 31, became Zelensky, who scored 30,24% of the votes. Poroshenko took the second place from 15.95% of the votes.
