The Secretary of national security and defence (NSDC) of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov believes that the FSB and the General staff of Russia must be recognized as terrorist organizations. About it reports TASS.
Turchynov has accused Russia that it “spreading terrorism in the world” with the help of these organizations. The head of the secret service explained it by the fact that Russia allegedly involved “in the terrorist attacks on the territory of Ukraine” by sending representatives of their law enforcement agencies.
“The responsibility for the organization of terror and sabotage on the territory of Ukraine lies with the Director of FSB Alexander Bortnikov, the chief of Department of counterprospecting operations of the FSB General Dmitry Minaev, the chief of the General staff of the Russian Federation Vice-Admiral Igor Kostyukov,” — said Turchinov.
Earlier in April, the Chairman of the security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Vasyl Hrytsak announced the suppression of the activities of subversive groups from Russia, which allegedly involved in several attacks in Kiev.
The head of the SBU asserts that this subversive group linked with the murder of the Ukrainian General Maxim Shapoval in 2017: under his car was laid explosives.
March 29, SBU announced the elimination of extremist groups controlled by Russia. According to investigators, the secret services from Moscow created their own form of the Ukrainian insurgent army (UPA movement banned in Russia) abroad and the Ukrainian national army (UNA) on the territory of Ukraine.
On 22 March, the SBU accused the Russian special services in the terrorist attack in Kharkiv metro. This was allegedly recruited by a local resident, who in Moscow has issued a bomb with a capacity of 600 grams of TNT, instructions and 15 thousand dollars.
