The writer and journalist Dmitry Bykov was diagnosed with cerebral infarction. It is reported TASS with reference to the doctors of the Ufa hospital where he stayed until moving to Moscow.
According to the source, the diagnosis was confirmed after Bykov did a CT scan. Initially, the doctors suspected that he had a cerebrovascular accident, but this information was not confirmed.
In turn, the publisher of “Novaya Gazeta” Dmitry Muratov has denied the information about the diagnosis Bykov. “Complete lie, just crap”, he said. Chief editor of radio station “Echo of Moscow” Alexei Venediktov also said that this information is not true.
