Forward of “Carolina Hurricans” Andrey Svechnikov may miss the remaining matches of the first round series of the playoffs of the National hockey League (NHL) against the “Washington capitals”. In an interview with the League website said head coach Rob Brindamour.
According to the coach, he is not sure that Svechnikov will be able to help the team. “We still don’t know whether he had recorded a concussion. I hope he can recover. He’s already started training, and maybe, if they want to be able, you’ll be able to re-enter the game,” said Brindamour.
Svechnikov had a fight with the forward “Washington” Alexander Ovechkin in the third match of the series. Ovechkin knocked out his opponent, after which he was unable to return to the ice.
After the incident, Svechnikov was in the hospital, where he passed the examination. The 19-year old player had a suspected concussion.
