Sixth appellate administrative court in Kiev will consider the claim about cancellation of registration of Vladimir Zelensky as a candidate for President of Ukraine. On Saturday, April 20, reports “Interfax”.
The lawsuit was filed by the observer of the public organization “Ukrainian Association of shareholders” Andrey Khilko. The applicant asks the court to declare “violations of the bribery of voters” and to cancel the CEC decision on registration of the candidate Zelensky.
The lawsuit will consider 20 April, at 21.00, the panel of three judges.
The second round of presidential elections held on April 21. Zelensky received the first round of more than 30 percent of the vote, the current President Petro Poroshenko is almost two times less.
