It not only will record new songs for the film, but remake the song The Siamese Cat Song, which in the original version was performed by Peggy Lee. She voiced a couple of Siamese cats, proclaiming that there is no better animal than they, and intimidating a dog named Lady. It is noted that in the new version of these characters will be replaced by other animals.

In 2013, one of the authors of the blog Flavorwire Marcus hunter said that the image of the Siamese cats si and Am in the cartoon due to post-war xenophobia in the United States. According to him, the characters symbolizing foreigners from Asia, presented two-faced and spiteful, and not with individual characters. Hunter called the Siamese cats “colonial terror.”
