Ukrainian fishermen Ruslan Kondratyuk and Andrey Morozov, detained in 2018 for illegally crossing the Russian border, has returned to Ukraine. On Thursday, may 9, Commissioner for human rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova told “Interfax”.
10 September 2018 it was reported that border guards detained two drunk Ukrainian fishermen illegally moored to coast of the Crimea near the village of Stefanivka the Dzhankoysky area.
“Foreign nationals reported that, out fishing, decided deliberately to approach to coast of the Crimea to establish friendly relations and exchange of experience with the Crimean fishermen,” — said the border Department of the FSB of the Republic.
The fishermen said that they are residents of the Ukrainian village of Strilkove (Kherson region). On Board the boat, the border guards found about 20 kilograms of fish.
