Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed condolences to the families of journalist Sergey Dorenko, who died on Victory Day in Moscow, told the press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov. It was quoted by RIA Novosti on Friday, may 10.
“The President has long been familiar with again, always appreciated his contribution to the development of national journalism and its principled position,” — said Peskov.
Journalist and chief editor of “Moscow speaking” Sergei Dorenko died in the 60th year of life as a result of aortic rupture during a motorcycle on the Garden ring. He will be buried on Troekurov cemetery. Time and date are not announced yet.
Dorenko led the radio station “Moscow speaking” in 2014. In different years he led a program on RTR, first channel, NTV, Ren-TV.
