The founder of the holding “PetroNeft” Roman Trusov, which is one of the defendants in the case of pollution hlororganika Russian oil pipeline “Friendship” and is wanted, responded to the accusations. About it reports “Kommersant”. According to him, is put through Lopatino raw materials just would not be enough to contaminate the oil to Belarus itself.
According to Trosheva, all companies with depleted fields use hlororganika. He added that, according to him, in raw materials “Tatneft” at the end of April the contents chlororganics were very large — 2700 ppm at normal level of 10 ppm. However, the investigation does not verify this fact, he said. In “Tatneft” on Tuesday, may 14, has already reacted to the words Trusheva, saying that the company has not used and does not use hlororganika. It also said that the samples upon delivery of the raw materials of the company, the Transneft system did not have any abnormalities, writes TASS.
Trusov noted that at the end of April, Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev instructed in a week to find the perpetrators, “and behold, declared enemies of the people — this is a small terminal that could five million tons of oil hlororganika to score.” A businessman has called for an objective investigation and verification of the terminal “Transneft-Druzhba”.
According to investigators, oil was contaminated on a private node draining in the Samara region. The Investigative Committee believe that this was the result of fraud — allegedly, the defendants tried to cover up the theft of raw materials by putting in the node draining the dirty oil. In the case arrested six people, two others, including Troshev, are wanted.
The damage from oil pollution in the oil pipeline “Friendship” to Russia may reach 435 million dollars. The transit of raw materials on the territory of Belarus in the direction of Poland, Germany and Ukraine to 2018 cost 0.84 dollar for pumping one ton per 100 kilometers. Thus, the fee for the entire route could be 15.96 dollars per ton, reported on 13 may, the Chairman of concern “Belneftekhim” Andrey Rybakov.
