The CPS decided to change the dwelling in psychoneurological hospitals (STUMPS). The Ministry has prepared amendments on the transition from the corridor of the system of institutions to a room. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova, reports TASS.
According to her, the housing system of such institutions has long operated all over the world. Russia plans to proceed with the corridor system on the housing by June 1, said Golikova.
She also added that the Russian PNI is still “a seven-day overexposure” (isolation of patients for a week to prevent outbreaks of infectious diseases that may have received into the health facility person — approx. “Of the tape.ru”). According Golikova, “the need for such procedures is not.”
Changes in living conditions are needed in order to ascertain whether coming in to KICK the Russians can’t be kept in the family. In addition, according to Golikova, those patients who are “sick and alone”, should not feel “marginalized”.
The survey contained in STUMPS people will be held until September 2019.
Psychoneurological nursing home (PNI) is a socio-medical institution intended for the accommodation and maintenance of persons of advanced age and disabled people over the age of 18 with chronic mental disorders. At STUMPS placed those who can’t pay their own way or in the family.
