Roskoshestvo conducted a study of 20 brands of processed cheese with a fat content of from 45 to 60 percent. The result is the highest score on the scan results received only cheese brand “B. Y. Alexandrov”. The five leaders also included cheese “Merry milkman”, Hochland, “Avida” and “Serological”. This was reported on the website of Roskoshestvo.
Completing the top ten best cheese “Viola”, “Pereyaslavl”, “Tender summer”, and the President Karat. At the same time, none of the studied cheeses are not were awarded the Russian quality Mark.
At the same time, experts in the research found a number of violations. In particular, the results showed that the products of some manufacturers do not comply with the fat content printed on the package. Normal fat content in the four samples: “happy milkman”, “Chui”, “Pereslavl” and “Nevsky”. Cheese brands “Vitako”, “Nevsky” and “Aldes” found vegetable fats that cannot be used in the production of dairy products. The rating of these cheeses was zero. In the product of the company “Polevskoi” found bacteria of group of intestinal sticks — the cheese is also zeroed.
Researchers tested cheeses for 70 indicators of quality and safety. The results of the work in all studied cheeses not found any violations in terms of the content of pesticides, antibiotics, heavy metals, toxins, nitrates and nitrites.
Previously, “Roskontrol” was named the best brand of milk. In particular, experts noted the high quality of milk “Agusha” and milk brand “Green Village”. Milk “36 copecks” and “Honest milk” according to the results of the study was blacklisted — the experts found that during their production used vegetable oils.
