The head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin wanted at the legislative level to force the representatives of the Russian oligarchy to the costs of implementing national projects. He stated this during the international legal forum in St. Petersburg, reports TASS.
“Increased the number of Russian oligarchs. Against this background, the legal means necessary to connect our large and medium businesses in the implementation of national projects. Such a law, I have not seen”, — said Bastrykin at the forum, noting that at the legislative level it is necessary to involve representatives of large and medium enterprises for implementation of national projects.
Bastrykin noted that the sudden enrichment of some citizens of Russia in the 90s is the “hard problem”, however, according to him, now is not the question. The challenge, according to Bastrykin is to connect businesses in the implementation of national projects. “I don’t know, maybe they are included in this activity. But such a law, I have not seen, and I would have accepted,” — said the head of the Investigative Committee.
The national projects of Russia — is a large-scale program for the development of the country in 12 areas, where there are the most urgent problems of society. They relate to demography, culture, health, education, housing, and ecology. They were approved by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and should be implemented before the end of his presidential term to 2024.
A number of experts doubt that the implementation of national projects will allow Russia to make a sharp economic breakthrough. For example, in the years 2019-2021 effect from implementing projects will amount to 0.2 percent of GDP.
