Actress Maisie Williams, best known for playing Arya stark in the TV series “Game of thrones”, had problems with self-esteem during the filming of the show. She reported about it in the podcast Happy Place.
The celebrity said that she was recruited into the project when she was 13 years old, therefore she’s early enough, has faced criticism on social networks.
In a certain period of her life she every day thinking about how much he hates himself. “It got to the point that I almost yearned for something negative that would let me just dive into this pit of sadness,” recalled the artist.
“I still sometimes lie at 11pm in bed and tell myself about all the things that I hate in myself,” admitted Williams added that working on the problem. She stated that the first step to finding happiness is to focus on being yourself and not trying to meet the expectations of others.
Commenting on the end of the series, the actress said that now she wants a normal life. “I don’t need this crazy, crazy world, because it’s not worth it”, she said.
In April, a colleague of Williams, Sophie Turner, known for playing Sansa stark, said that she often thought about suicide. According to her, she struggled with depression in 2013.
