The President-elect of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky plans to use the services of international recruitment agencies to find employees for public office. This was reported on the team page in Facebook policy.
Clarifies that Zelensky has held a meeting with representatives of the four recruitment companies. During the meeting it was decided to organize a transparent competition among the candidates.
At the headquarters Zelensky said he did not believe in populism the attempt to find talents who share the values of the future President, “has a development strategy and strive to achieve positive change in their regions.” One of the key criteria for applicants is called “the ability to attract local and foreign investment”. Will also be evaluated professionalism, knowledge of the region, credibility, reputation and management experience.
Previously, on 16 may revealed that the most anticipated for the Ukrainians as the future President is the removal of immunity of deputies, judges and the President. Expect 53.7 per cent of the country’s citizens.
The second round of presidential elections in Ukraine was held on 21 April. Vladimir Zelensky has gained about 73 percent of the votes, while his rival, incumbent President Petro Poroshenko — a little more than 24 percent. Zelensky inauguration will take place on may 20.
