Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman is confident that the current government and Parliament will work until the next parliamentary elections. About it reports “RBC-Ukraine”.

“It is obvious that the Ukrainian Parliament and the Ukrainian government will work until the next parliamentary elections. Let’s together with the newly elected President of the Ukrainian Parliament will set the agenda”, — he said in the address to deputies of the Verkhovna Rada.

On the morning of 16 may, the party “people’s front” announced their withdrawal from the ruling coalition, thereby locking to the President-elect Vladimir Zelensky the ability to dissolve Parliament.

Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy already announced the dissolution of the coalition may 17. Now within 30 days the Parliament must form a new majority. By law, during this period the President has no right to dissolve the Parliament. When the 30-day period for the formation of the coalition expired, to dissolve the Rada would be impossible already due to the fact that until the end of the term of its powers remains less than six months

Dmitry Razumkov, the representative Zelensky, said that after the inauguration of President-elect will start the procedure of dissolution of Parliament. As the reason it was planned to report the absence in Parliament of the ruling coalition.
