Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan announced a “second and most important stage of the revolution” in the country. About this he wrote on the page in Facebook.
“Tomorrow at 12:00 will announce the second most important stage of the revolution in Armenia. I look forward to a nationwide support,” he said.
Earlier, Pashinyan urged citizens to block all courts in the country.
The call came after the release from detention of the former President of Armenia Robert Kocharian. He vouched for former and current head of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Bako Sahakyan and Arkady Ghukasyan. Kocharian was arrested on 27 July 2018 on charges of overthrowing the constitutional order.
