Former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko moved from the presidential administration building in the office of the party “Block of Petro Poroshenko “Solidarity””. He told about it in his Twitter account.
According to the former head of state, his new office is transparent. The party’s website stated that the building is located in the centre of Kiev near Kiev-Pechersk Lavra and the monument “Motherland”.
Poroshenko said that he had spent in the new office meeting with the “friends of Ukraine” — the American Senator Ronald Johnson and U.S. Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Andlondon.
In the description of the Twitter account, Poroshenko still indicated the position of “President”.
May 19, Poroshenko said that his most humiliating failure during the five years of his presidency — the failure to establish peace in Ukraine. He asked forgiveness from those for whom the reforms were painful, justifying themselves that the President “may not be all at once.”
May 20, Vladimir Zelensky, who won the presidential elections in Ukraine, took office. During the inauguration, he announced the dissolution of Parliament, giving MPs two months to fulfill its requirements: the resignation of the government, the abolition of parliamentary immunity and the adoption of the law on illicit enrichment.
