The national average suburban estate for the year fell by 8.1 percent. Especially notable is the negative trend has been found in Buryatia Republic —cottages in the region fell by 17.7 percent. Similar results from the Vladimir and Kemerovo regions — minus of 16.7 and minus 15.1 percent, respectively.
Among the regions with the most significantly cheaper for the year villas also entered the Komi Republic and the Ivanovo region — here the average price of homes decreased by 14.6-14.9 per cent.
