Russian President Vladimir Putin criticized the failure of the owners or the management of enterprises from the dialogue with the trade unions, reports TASS.
Sometimes, guide enterprises to consciously distanciruemsa from the unions and hamper their work, Putin said at the tenth Congress of the Federation of independent trade unions of Russia. “Such arbitrariness, the arbitrariness, of course, unacceptable,” the President emphasized and added that the prosecution had to suppress such facts.

Putin instructed the government and regional authorities to intensify cooperation with employers and trade unions. “To do everything necessary to not infringe the labour rights of citizens that has always been an adequate response to all cases of callous treatment of people,” he said.
The head of state added that the team spirit, enthusiasm and solidarity have always been the hallmarks of the Union movement and “our national character”.
