The transport Agency Sweden has released a commercial where a Muslim couple complaining about the local weather and uses the insult in relation to native-born Swedes. A video posted on the YouTube channel of the Ministry, it drew attention to Sputnik.
Advertising campaign conducted by the Agency, called “Yalla — driver’s license” and informs about opportunities to study in the Arabic language. The word “Yalla” in Arabic means “go,” “hurry up.”

They discuss that it is necessary to obtain a driving license in Sweden. “Hell, Mahmoud, I hate to go outside in this cold weather. Sometimes I ask myself, what am I doing here?” — asks the heroine of the movie in Arabic. Later, the couple finds out that he can take the exam in Arabic through an interpreter.
Some activists were angry that in the video to address indigenous Swedes heard the word “svennar”, which from the mouth of the immigrants is treated as an insult “boring, shy Sweny (a popular name in the country)”.
In June 2018, it was reported that due to the large influx of migrants Arabic was the second language spoken in Sweden.
