Moscow only went to the fourth line of the rating: the average local height of new buildings to 20 floors. A similar result was observed in Rostov-on-don.
Earlier analysts of the portal Urbanus analyzed statistics on individual share contracts entered into by residents of Moscow and Moscow region in 2018, and found that housing located above the 20th floor, sold out reluctantly. The most sought after floor was sixth, followed with a small margin followed the seventh, eighth, and fourth floors.
