The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky introduced to the Verkhovna Rada your first bill. It is published on the website of the Ukrainian Parliament.
Zelensky proposes Verkhovna Rada to amend the law “On public procurement” concerning the implementation of public procurement during the election process. The bill marked them as urgent.
Earlier in the course of consultations with leaders of parliamentary factions Zelensky listed proposals for reform of the electoral law. We are talking about the transition from a mixed electoral system to a fully proportional and lower the entry barrier for political parties to three percent.
Zelensky took office of the President of Ukraine on may 20.
