The volume offers luxury housing within walking distance from the Kremlin increased by five percent. The average cost of square meter of real estate has increased in price much more important — 27 percent, according to the materials analysts Insigma (in edition “Tapes.ru”).
The company’s analysts examined the market complexes, whose residents will be able 15-20 minutes to walk from her house to the Kremlin. The data show that in may 2019, the sale opened 26 such buildings, the volume includes about 700 apartments.
The average cost per square meter in the LCD next to the Kremlin is 1.15 million rubles, the average purchase budget of 173 million rubles.
“The status of property is determined by its location. And the territory within a radius of walking distance from the Kremlin will always be a standard of prestige, even despite the attempts of marketers to expand the boundaries of the premium segment (…) truly wealthy and sophisticated buyers always pay attention to the location of the object. The historical center of Moscow priority”, — commented on these studies Kirill Boards, marketing Director of the company Insigma.
Previously, experts Urbanus revealed its statistics on the most expensive real estate transactions in Moscow concluded since the beginning of 2019. The leader, according to them, was the purchase of two residential complex in the North-West of Moscow. The aggregate value of the acquired properties totaled 724,6 million rubles.
