According to analysts ‘ estimates, the average apartment in Pechatniki has a total area of 41 square meter. The second ranking was Golyanovo with 42 meters, the third — Kuzminki and Veshnyaki (44 square meters).
The capital district’s most spacious apartments in turn was Ramenki where the average area of the lot on the secondary market is equal to 103 square meters. Also relatively great footage of housing on Yakimanka (101 meter) and Khamovniki (100 meters).
The specialists of “INKOM-real Estate” note that in recent years, the average size of apartments in Moscow increased. “The trend towards a gradual increase in average size of secondary market apartments has a universal character for the entire city, they claim. So if five years ago the average size of objects on the “secondary market” made up 56 square meters, to the current time it had expanded by 12.5 percent, to 63 square meters.”
Earlier in may, was named the city of Russia with the most cramped apartments. Those were Izhevsk, Rostov-on-don, Omsk and Ufa.
