Hip-hop singer Decl (Cyril Tolmatskogo) posthumously received the award “MUZ-TV”. On Saturday, June 8, according to the website of the radio station “Moscow speaking”.

The award “For contribution to the development of hip-hop music” took the father of the musician — producer Alexander Tolmatsky. Speaking at the scene, he expressed his regret that the ceremony could not come, the mother of Cyril and his 13-year-old son.

Cyril Tolmatsky died in the night of 3 February in Izhevsk. It is judicial-medical examination has established that the actor died due to acute heart failure.

Decl is a former member of the band “Bad B. Alliance.” His discography includes eight Studio albums. He performed such hits as “Party”, “Tears”, “Letter” and “For you”.
