Russian gas supplies to Ukraine can be done through a private company. This was stated by the representative of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky Andrey Gerus, the TV channel “112 Ukraine”, reports TASS.
This method of Gerus suggested that former presidential candidate from the “Opposition platform For life”, Yuri Boiko, and the leader of the opposition public movement “the Ukrainian choice” Viktor Medvedchuk. According to him, politicians can organize a company to purchase raw materials from Russia, and later to sell it already in Ukraine.
“They don’t need neither the power nor the new President or old President, and they have to buy it to bring to Ukraine and to sell. We all applaud and say thank you,” concluded Gerus.
Ukraine has stopped buying gas from Russia in 2015 and moved to the reverse supply from Europe. In 2018, Miller said that the preparation to the rupture of the contract will take 1.5 to two years. The contract expires on 31 December this year. Then ends the action of the transit contract.
