Party crash looks similar to the Hoe was a native of Bishkek, located in the Federal wanted list for theft, reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Krasnodar region. Nikiforov Vitaliy Vitalievich wanted for a crime committed in the village of Vyselki in Krasnodar Krai.

Earlier, on 13 June, it was reported that residents of the Krasnodar region appealed to the Prosecutor’s office to conduct an audit in connection with the suspicion that the leader of Kushchevskaya gang could have faked his own death in jail in July 2014. The reason for these doubts were the photos of the participant of road accident that took place in Sochi on June 4 and is very similar to the deceased Hoe.
According to the official version, Sergey Tsapok died on 7 July 2014 in the chamber of the Krasnodar SIZO. According to the doctors, the cause of death was a massive stroke. The district Prosecutor’s office was allowed to participate in the identification of victims and relatives of victims who confirmed the identity of the deceased. In addition, the fingerprints of the deceased matched with the fingerprint card of Sergei Hoe before the police. His body was cremated in Volgograd and buried in an unknown location. However, almost immediately after his death began to spread rumors that he was alive, had plastic surgery and left the territory of the Russian Federation. The Prosecutor’s office and the TFR has repeatedly received allegations, conducted a check on them and claim that these rumors are not baseless.
