The businessman from Ekaterinburg has sentenced to four years imprisonment for torturing the son of an employee of his organization. This was reported on the website of the Investigative Committee for the Sverdlovsk region.
According to investigators, 45-year-old founder of the company “ITM holding” Yuri Yudin stuck into the child’s hand needles, dealt him blows with a rod, and applied to it the e-collar for dogs, who beat the victim with an electric shock. The abuse continued for two years, from 2014 to 2016. At the time when they began the boy was five years old.

Psychological and psychiatric forensic examination showed that Yudin does not suffer from severe mental illness, temporary mental disorder activities, dementia or other painful state of mind. The experts came to the conclusion that the man sees himself as the bearer of the makings of a leader, who feels the need to assert themselves through communication with weaker people.
Sam Yudin explained that the torture of the child are part of the educational process, which he joined at the request of the boy’s mother. It is noted that the methods of “educational impact” is not pre-negotiated.
Businessman found guilty of committing a crime under part 2 of article 117 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“cruel treatment committed against a minor”). He was sentenced to four years of imprisonment conditionally with a trial period of three years.
