The best film of the Russian film festival “Kinotavr” was the painting “the Bull” directed by Boris Akopov. This was reported on the website of the ceremony.
The prize for best Director went to Alexander Lungin film “Great poetry”.
Best actress was Victoria Tolstoganova, who performed the role in the movie “Above the sky”. The award for best actor went to Alexander Kuznetsov, who played in the movie “Great poetry”.
The best debut was the picture of Anna Parmas “let’s get a divorce”. This film received the prize for best screenplay.
34-year-old Director of “the Bull” Boris Akopov — the debutant of the festival. His film is about criminal groups active in Russia in the 90-ies.
“Kinotavr” was held in Sochi from 9 to 16 June. This year the festival celebrated its 30th anniversary.
