Two dozen of the largest landowners control the 7.9 million hectares of land with a total value 471,6 billion. The largest landowner in the country by the end of 2018 was the company “Agrocomplex”. This is stated in the Forbes ranking “the Owners of the Russian land”, published June 18 in the online edition.
The main owners of the company “Agrocomplex” named after N. And. Tkachev are the members of the family of former Governor of the Krasnodar territory and former head of the Ministry of agriculture Alexander Tkachev. The headquarters of the company are located in the village of Vyselki, Krasnodar Krai. The total cost of the land Bank “Agrocomplex”, according to Forbes, is 68.5 billion.
Second place in the ranking of the largest landowners in the country ranked Agroholding “the Steppe”, owned by AFK “System” (the main owner Vladimir Yevtushenkov). The cost of the land assets of the company amounted to 45.6 billion rubles.
Third place went to the company “Miratorg”, which owns land in the amount of 45 billion rubles. Principal owners of the company — Alexander and Viktor Linnik.
In fourth place was the company “prodimeks” Igor Khudokormov, the fifth — concern “Pokrovsk” Andrew Korovayko. The cost of the land assets of these players amounted to 39.4 and 31.2 billion rubles, respectively.
Earlier in April, 2019, the newspaper made a rating of “commercial kings” of Moscow. It was headed by the company “Kievskaya Ploshchad”, Crocus Group and Ingka Centres.
