In 2004, Michael Slowik met online with Lyudmyla Melikovoy. After a few years the man decided to move her to Vladikavkaz. In his words, he “wanted to meet an old age together with lover at her home.”
A woman bought and renovated the apartment, Slowik has transferred 69 thousand euros. It soon became clear that she designed the property for themselves. For the return of the apartment Melikov demanded one million rubles, which, according to her, spent for repair. Slowik agreed in 2008, paid her the required amount.
After the departure of the German woman extended a housing for my daughter, and financial power of attorney and the contract of sale that she used were fake. In 2018, the court decided to evict the apartment Malikov and her daughter and to return the property Slowyou.
Melikov filed a counterclaim and demanded a flat back. Now she claims she spent on the renovation of 6.5 million rubles. A woman and her daughter are still living in the apartment Slavica, and he himself imposed a settlement agreement by which it is flat and receives only 48 thousand euros (3,4 million) and must pay Melikovoy 6.5 million rubles.
The next court hearing is scheduled for July 29.
