A resident of Moscow, who owns an apartment in Khamovniki, surrendered its lease and two months later, accidentally saw in the Internet the announcement of sale of this property. This was reported on the website of Rosreestr, where a woman filed a complaint.
The author of the ad was the tenant. He offered to buy him a flat on power of attorney from the owner that the woman was not made out. The photos and property description tenant copied from a previously published mistress of the announcement of surrender apartments for rent.
The Agency started reviewing the appeal of the hostess. “Signing the contracts for the [rental housing] must be the most careful approach to the verification of the tenant, since it is possible options for the forgery of the presented documents, including identity (…). As preventive measures we recommend you occasionally browse the popular Internet portals and database of real estate announcements of a possible sale of its facilities”, — commented the head of management of Federal registration service across Moscow Igor Maidanov.
On June 11 it became known that fraudsters with the help of digital signature were able to obtain the right of ownership of an apartment in “Stalin” house on Kutuzovsky Prospekt. The landlord found out, he lost it when he applied for a Parking permit to the resident, which was refused.
On the same day in the state Duma introduced draft amendments to the Federal law “On real estate registration”, which the owner will have to personally in advance to notify the Federal registration service that plans to sell the apartment through the Internet using digital signature.
