Sysertsky district court of Sverdlovsk region appointed five thousand rubles fine a local resident, who left the social network homophobic comment. About it RIA Novosti was informed in the court.

The man was found guilty of inciting hatred and enmity (article 20.3.1 of the administrative code) for the expression under the video. In the course of linguistic examination has established that it is homophobic. This is the first such case in the region, says the Agency.

On the website Its My City specifies that we are talking about comments in the group “news Sheremet “Nine and a half”” where was published the post about the contest of children’s drawings in school No. 115 in Yekaterinburg in December 2018. Underage participants drew on the theme of tolerance and depicted including gays. Earlier, the police checked the school for gay propaganda and have not found confirmation of this.
