Striker St. Petersburg “Zenit” Alexander Kokorin asked about rehabilitation in a Moscow clinic. In an interview with TASS said the Commissioner for human rights Tatyana Potyaeva.
Potyaeva said that Kokorin is required to undergo the rehabilitation procedure. “Today he requested, not yet sent to the colony to pass as possible, these procedures in a specialized medical center in Moscow,” she said.
According to Putevoy, the past week, the striker passed the examination in the medical center, the results of which have been prepared statement about his condition. “Nothing terrible with his knee no, everything is fixable and treatable,” she concluded.
On 13 June, the Moscow city court sentenced Kokorin a half years of imprisonment in a General regime colony, midfielder “Krasnodar” Pavel Mamaev to one year and five months.
Both players have been in jail since October of 2018. The detention was extended repeatedly. Last fall Kokorin and Mamaev staged two fights in the center of Moscow.
Kokorin received a knee injury in March last year, after which passed a rehabilitation course in Rome. In January 2019, he complained about the deterioration of the feet.
